The breakfast is taken more or less quickly depending on each program.
Fruit juice, milk, coffee, tea or herbal tea, you will enjoy the homemade jams, cheese and yoghurt, cereals, dried fruits.
The bread is from the bakery “Bologne”, local brand of quality, with baguette, bread with cereal and toast.
From selected products, Pauline made a local family cuisine adapted to the conditions of the seasons and the activities of her guests.
Each evening ,enjoying a small glass of walnut wine or gentian we see each other in the living room or in the garden.
A good pasta dish for our brave cyclists always accompanies the dish of the day.
The daily menu is made with vegetables and a chosen meat from a local butcher or a single dish based on cheese like tartiflette, fondue, raclette.
The cheese plate is from regional products like Tomme de Chartreuse, Bauges Tamié, Carré du Trièves, Reblochon, Bleu du Vercors, Tome de brebis d’Ornon, Saint Marcellin du Dauphiné.
At the end of the meal we will offer you a herbal infusion.
